The Fordham Urban Law Center launched in November 2012 with a two-day symposium, “The Bloomberg Administration’s Legal Legacy.”
The two-night program, sponsored in conjunction with the New York City Bar Association, examined how the Bloomberg Administration utilized legal tools and addressed legal issues in implementing several of its signature initiatives, including livability and public health initiatives, land use and sustainability, public safety and security, and education.
The event took place November 27 at Fordham Law School and December 4 at the New York City Bar Association.
